My goal since we started this has been the same. To build an exercise program I can stick with--working out at least 15 minutes a day for at least four days a week. I accomplished my goal last week, but I honestly can't say it's become a habit. Proof is that I'm sitting here at the computer rather than walking on the treadmill, or any other physical activity. So, I guess I'll try one more week.
So, what are y'all gonna work on this week? Leave me a comment, cuz you know I love me some comments, but make a goal of your own and link back to Lauren so we will know and can bug you about it!

ReplyDeleteI would love to join up but right now I am so busy trying to get all of the items I need to make for my bazaaar done that I can't add one more thing to it. But you are very inspiring to me, keep it up. I hope you still have this going after November 22 'cause I'm hooking up with ya then.
I'm proud of you. I haven't stuck to mine. I will do better!!!!
