The only thing I wear all the time is my wedding band. When I go out, I always wear my engagement ring, two pinky rings (one is my birthstone and the other is a mother's ring), and an eternity ring on my right ring finger. Add a watch and usually several bracelets and at least one necklace. I've cut back on earrings as they started irritating my lobes.
2. Do you twirl your spaghetti or cut it?
Cut it!
3. How many siblings do you have?
I don't have any full siblings. I have 2 half-brothers on my father's side and 3 half-brothers on my mother's side. I also have 4 half-sisters on my mother's side. There's a brother and sister I've never met.
4. Were you named after anyone?
Not my first name, but my middle name is after my maternal grandmother--who hung the moon in case you didn't know
Lots of siblings!!! Such a shame that you haven't met some of them.
My wedding set is one ring so I always add that a my mother's ring(s) before I leave the house. I used to wear a ring on about every finger and several bracelets, but I've gotten lazy....
Are you sure it was your grandmother who hung the moon? Cause I'm pretty sure it was mine and my granddaddy who hung the stars! LOL Grandparents are the BEST!
I'm all jealous about the whole "grandmother" thing! I didn't know my maternal g'mother very well (only saw her every other year), and my paternal g'mother (along with my g'fathers) passed away before I was born.
Interesting questions. I haven't been playing along lately. I wear my wedding ring and earrings all the time. I twirl my spaghetti. That is a lot of siblings. I have a brother and a sister. I don't drink soda, haven't for about 10 years now. Hope you have a great week.
Oh my goodness, I completely forgot about all my siblings who I don't know, I only included the ones I grew up with. Yep, broken families are complicated!
Nice to meet you! I love your Grandma quote, I'm a grandma of three grand-daughters. I know my grandma is forever in me heart. People are with us for a short time, but memories last forever.
Please allow me to introduce myself...(sorry, Mick)
Welcome to my blog! You can blame my youngest daughter Lauren for getting me into this!
My name is Beverly--not Bev--and I am a southerner through and through. My husband Darrell and I have shared life together since 1976. We started as a family of two; that turned into six with the additions of our four children. We now number eighteen! We have nine beautiful grandchildren--three girls and six boys!
My interests are wide and varied, and I claim no expertise at any of them. I might be considered sarcastic and smart mouthed, but I like to think I'm quick witted.
Hope you enjoy your visit here and will stop by frequently. And please leave a comment! I need the validation!

I don't mind Mountain Dew but I'm a Pepsi girl at heart.
