My goal since we started this has been the same. To build an exercise program I can stick with--working out at least 15 minutes a day for at least four days a week. I accomplished my goal last week, but I honestly can't say it's become a habit. Proof is that I'm sitting here at the computer rather than walking on the treadmill, or any other physical activity. So, I guess I'll try one more week.
