Welcome to the 57th edition of
"Meet Me On Monday!"
1. Does your family/friends know about your blog? Yes, and there are lots of times I wish they didn't. I've often thought of starting an anonymous blog so I can really vent!
2. What is your favorite card game? Not sure I have one. I'm not much on cards or board games.
3. What do you wear to bed? Used to be some type of pajamas or nightgown. Then the hot flashes hit and I stripped down to my undies. Now I usually start in pjs, but shed them sometime during the night when the heat hits.
4. What is your favorite kind of French Fry? McDonald's!
5. What is your usual bed time? I always intend to go to bed early, but it rarely happens. Usually about 11.

It seems most of us of a particular age have similar sleeping routines : )
I wish I could have had some hot flashes ... maybe when combined with my cold nature, I could have been "just right". In the winter, I wear sweats and socks to bed ... with an electric blanket. In the summer, I wear a t-shirt and knit capris ... with a light-weight cotton blanket.
I used to not be able to get to bed before 11:00, but once I retired, I've found myself getting to bed earlier and getting up earlier.
Well isn't your husband a lucky man!! Mine wishes I would sleep in just undies, however since I have younger kids who still come get me in the middle of the night .... Well let's just say I am afraid of inflicting mental scars on them if they thought they were grabbing my shoulder to wake me up and grabbed something else :). Ahhh!!! I do sleep in socks no matter what my pjs look like during the winter, I hate cold feet!
I so hear you on the pj's thing. My nights are hot, then cold, throw off the blankets, wake up and put on blankets, throw off blanket and just keep the sheet on, wake up freeeeezing pull on the blankets AND the comforter. Geesh with all that on and off stuff you would think I would lose a few pounds.
Oh no, you don't like cards and board games? I am not sure we can be friends...just kidding. we could find other things to get in trouble doing.
many times have i thought #1!
My family and friends know about my blog too. I have to be so careful--because they'll sure let me know if I cross a line. LOL
I totally agree with the secret blog idea - so I could talk about my family without them knowing. It's lovely that they read the blog, but how am I supposed to make fun of them???
