Easiest Ever Baked Meatballs

2 lbs lean ground beef
1 large egg
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
2 tbsp each instant minced onion and dried parsley
1 tbsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Heat oven to 400. Line 15x10 jelly roll pan with foil (for easy cleanup). Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Form into 1 1/2" balls. Place 1/4 inch apart in the lined pan. Bake 12-15 minutes till browned and no longer pink in center. Makes approx 32.
