Beef Taco Bake

1 lb ground beef
1 (10-oz) can tomato soup
1 (16-oz) jar medium or mild salsa
1/2 cup milk
6-8 flour or corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup grated shredded cheese (I use the packaged stuff)

Heat oven to 400. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain grease. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and half the cheese. Put mixture into a 9-inch square or 7x11-inch baking dish. Bake, covered, 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Serves 4
